LEADERSHIP TEAM EXECUTIVE COUNCIL 

CHAPTER PRESIDENT - McKenna Plowman 
McKenna is a Senior at Washington State University pursuing a triple major in Political Science Pre-Law, History, and Philosophy. She grew up in Newcastle, Washington with her two WSU alumni parents and future Coug little sister! Post-graduation she hopes to attend law school and become a corporate attorney. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing golf, visiting new ski hills, and supporting the WA Beta chapter. Her goal with the presidency is to foster an environment in which WA Beta’s sisterhood can flourish and make Pi Phi a memorable experience for all members.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS - CYNTHIA GARCIA 
Cynthia is a Senior at Washington State University pursuing a degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation Science. She was born and raised in Los Angeles and spent most of her school years playing musical instruments and indulging in the musical arts. Post-graduation she hopes to work in the field as a wildlife biologist with a research focus on salmon. She also hopes to continue her education by attending graduate school. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys being spontaneous with friends, listening to music, and video games. As VPO she hopes to encourage members to maintain enthusiasm for Pi Phi and create a trusting relationship between the chapter and exec.

VICE PRESIDENT OF RISK MANAGEMENT - CAROLINE RUOFF
Caroline is a Junior at Washington State pursuing a major in Sports Broadcasting. She was born and raised a Colorado native with her parents and two sisters! Caroline is passionate about her niece and nephew, the friends she has, the sports she watches, and the jokes she makes! Post-graduation she hopes to continue working with a minor league baseball team, and eventually move to the majors with her end goal being working for ESPN! As VPRM Caroline hopes to turn around the stigma of risk-associated things being scary, and her goal for the upcoming term is to leave one person feeling more positive about her experience than before.

VICE PRESIDENT OF MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE - KELLY SHAMON
Kelly is a Junior at Washington State University pursuing a double major in Psychology and Human Development. She grew up in Sammamish, Washington with two wonderful WSU alumni parents and four brothers! Kelly is passionate about many different things some of which include working with children and interior design. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, doing design projects, and going on road trips. Her goal as being the new Vice President of Member Experience at WA Beta is to connect chapter members together through more frequent and exciting sisterhood events. In addition, she hopes to bring sisters together after all of the distance caused by the pandemic.

VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE & HOUSING - RYLEE ERDWINS
Rylee is a Senior at Washington State University pursuing a double major in business finance and marketing. She is from Washougal Washington. Rylee enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, snowboarding, and playing tennis and golf. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in real estate. She hopes that her time as VPFH will provide her with great experience and skills she can apply in her future career.

VICE PRESIDENT OF RECRUITMENT 
Katie is a Senior at Washington State University pursuing a double major in Marketing and Human Resource Management as well as a minor in Sport Management. She was born and raised in Benicia, California with her parents and older brother. Katie loves spending time with her sisters, driving around her hometown, and loves to go skiing with her friends. She is very excited to be the VP of Recruitment for WA Beta, and is hoping to apply everything she learned last year as DMS to this year's recruitment, whether in person or online! Her goal is to learn as much as possible about what it is like running an event, and share her love of recruitment with the chapter!

PANHELLENIC DELEGATE - JOLIE JACQUES
Jolie is a Sophomore at Washington State University and is currently majoring in Kinesiology and intends to pursue Occupational Therapy. Her goal is to work at a practice focusing on the development and/or recovery of children. She loves working with kids and has made a point of it by working in tutoring and childcare. Jolie is from Mill Creek, Washington, and grew up dancing and is something she likes to do to stay active. She’s very excited to participate in Pi Beta Phi through leadership!

DIRECTOR OF DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION - SOPHIE BARBER
Sophie is a Junior at Washington State University studying Biology and intends on pursuing a career in Healthcare. She grew up in Snohomish, Washington with her fun-loving parents and older sister. Sophie credits her family for fostering her passion to help others. When she is not swamped by schoolwork, she enjoys spending time with her Pi Phi sisters, traveling, cooking, and listening to podcasts. As the WA Beta’s first DDI, Sophie is excited to create positive change and growth for not only her chapter but the Greek community as a whole.

DIRECTOR OF FRATERNITY HERITAGE - NINA THIESMEYER
Nina is a Senior at WSU and is majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Fine Art. She is from the beach Central Coast of California, but loves anywhere she visits no matter the weather. Nina is a double legacy Pi Phi on both sides of her family and was initiated by her 82-year-old Golden Arrow Grandmother in the fall of 2018. She is so excited to share her love of Pi Pi with Washington Beta and continue to be inspired by her sisters!

DIRECTOR OF LIFELONG MEMBERSHIP - RACHEL GROSS
Rachel is a Senior at Washington State University and is majoring in marketing and minoring in sports management. She is from Sacramento California and escaped to Washington for college with snow and sports fans. Her favorite hobbies include gardening and running. She is currently training for a half marathon. When she is not doing either of these things she loves spending time with her Pi Phi roommates and can't wait to make more memories at WSU with them.

DIRECTOR OF ACADEMICS - ELLIET BRADSHAW

Elliet is a Senior at Washington State University and is majoring in Advertising with a minor in Business Administration. She is from Bellevue, Washington with her amazing parents and goofy younger brother. She spends a lot of time with her friends and family and enjoys traveling and exploring new places with them. Some of her hobbies include painting, analyzing film, reading and creating animated shorts. She has a large passion for school and learning and is eager to serve her second term on the executive board for WA Beta Pi Beta Phi. Her passionate love for Pi Phi and the women around her drives her to keep serving as a leader for her chapter. She is very excited for another year of personal and chapter growth!

DIRECTOR OF NEW MEMBER EXPERIENCE - ANDI HALLAHAN

Andi is a Senior at Washington State University studying Elementary Education with an endorsement in Special Education. She grew up in Federal Way, Washington with endless support from her parents and two older siblings. She fell in love with leading and educating young children through various volunteer opportunities, including teaching individuals with disabilities how to ride horses, being an environmental camp counselor for 6th graders, and aiding in a 3rd through 6th grade special education classroom. Andi is happiest when listening to music or podcasts as she paints, spending hours completing colorful makeup looks, laughing with her friends, and snuggling with her German Shepherd, Hazel. She is extremely excited for her new position as DNME and strives to be a welcoming, approachable, and kindhearted mentor. Andi plans to empower and support WA Beta’s future new member class as she reveals the abundant opportunities Pi Beta Phi has to offer. 

DIRECTOR OF LEADERSHIP - EMMA SCHRODER 

Emma is a Senior at Washington State University and is pursuing a major in Human Resource Management and a minor in Communication. Emma is also an active member of the WSU Honors College and was an Honors College Mentor during her sophomore year. Emma loves being involved on campus, serving as the VPO of her business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi and is passionate about the Panhellenic community. She was a recruitment counselor for 2020 recruitment and has just been selected to serve on the 2021 Greek Standards Board. In her free time, she loves playing tennis or volleyball and spending time with her family and friends. Her goal as director of leadership is to create the best possible slate of women to lead WA Beta in the years to come!

DIRECTOR OF MEMBER FINANCES - ALLISON WANICHEK

Allison is a Junior at Washington State University pursuing a major in Advertising and a minor in Digital Technology and Communication. She grew up in Walla Walla, Washington with one amazing WSU alumni mom and a dad who loves UW (gross!), as well as a little brother, who is not so little anymore. After graduation she hopes to land a job at a large company working in the marketing and advertising sector. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, spending lots of time with her new puppy, and cooking. Her goal as director of member finance is to foster an environment in which any member of WA Beta can approach her with any questions, or just to chat about finances.

DIRECTOR OF HOUSING - EMMA ZIMNEY 

Emma is a Junior at Washington State University and is pursuing a major in Human Development to become an Occupational Therapist. Emma grew up in a town called Sammamish which is 30 minutes outside of Seattle. While being in Sammamish she has grown up with her mom who went to UW, her dad that went to Seattle University and has a younger brother who is a Junior in High School. Once Emma graduates college she will go into grad school for two to three years to then become an Occupational Therapist. Emma’s goals with being the director of housing is to make the experience fun for the girls living in. With the Corona virus among us the girls younger than her have not had the experience of being in the house so when the new girls live in the house in Fall 2021 she wants the experience to be memorable and a time that the girls will never forget. Outside of school Emma loves to bake, hang out with family and friends, go on adventures, ski and more.

DIRECTOR OF PR/MARKETING - SOPHIA MCMASTER 

Sophia is a Junior at WSU studying apparel, merchandising, design and textiles with a minor in digital technology and culture. Aside from a full load of classes, she is an executive assistant for Luxe club and a teacher's assistant for HD 205. Sophia just started her new position on exec for Pi Beta Phi and is looking forward to the wonderful experience and leadership opportunity it will bring. She is most passionate about fashion, dance, photography, blogging, and reading.

DIRECTOR OF SERVICE & PHILANTHROPY - MILANA ZASLAVSKY

Milana is a Junior at WSU studying Marketing with a minor in psychology. She is from Spokane,Washington but has dedicated her summers at a summer camp in Olympia,WA for over 10 years. This has ignited her passion for philanthropic service and giving back to the community as much as possible. Outside of class she is VP of Alumni Relations for Delta Sigma Pi, as well as works part time at a fast food restaurant. She is looking forward to bringing new ideas to the table with her new position in Pi Beta Phi and all the opportunities being a part of leadership has to offer. In addition to this, she has been offered the amazing opportunity taking part in a digital marketing internship with WireBuzz, summer 2021. Her hobbies include, cooking/baking, art projects, traveling, and hanging with friends. A fun fact is she is a 4th generation cougar, Go Cougs!

DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP SELECTION - SYDNEY SLADNOVIK

Sydney is a Junior at Washington State University completing a degree in Strategic Communication Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration. She grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and moved to Denver, Colorado when she was 15, and lives there when she is not in Pullman. She enjoys spending time with friends, being outside, trying new foods, and cooking. She plans to graduate a year early from WSU and pursue a master's program in Design or Journalism. Outside of class she works as an intern for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories and is the Trip Coordinator for the Women’s Network WSU. Going into her MS position, she hopes to contribute new ideas and great organization for recruitment. She cannot wait to start working with the younger members and is so excited to meet new members!

DIRECTOR OF RECRUITMENT EVENTS - MAKAYLA MITCHELL 

Makayla is a Senior at Washington State University working towards a major in elementary education and a minor in Spanish. She is originally from Marin county California, but now plans to live her life in Washington! She is currently working as an intern at SEL’s Little Edison School. She loves to be creative and active in her everyday life. She is very excited to jump into this new position head on and use all of her creativity, organizational skills, and high energy to make recruitment run smoothly and be an exciting new way to show PNMs the wonderful chapter that is made up by the women of Pi Beta Phi.

DIRECTOR OF MEMBER CONDUCT - HOLLY DARROW 

Holly is a Junior at WSU pursuing a degree in Architecture. She is from Bellevue, Washington and in her free time she liked to play spikeball and find fun new places around th Pacific Northwest. Holly is also very involved in her volunteer work at Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center, where she helps children and adults with disabilities ride horses for therapy. Her goal this year as DMC is to provide the chapter with a sense of comfort in being able to reach out when problems arise, as well as being a thoughtful and responsible listener to all members.

DIRECTOR OF POLICY & PREVENTION - ZOE GOETZ 

Zoe is a Senior at WSU majoring in Human Development, along with getting her Early Childhood Education Certificate. She grew up in Marysville, Washington. She is a Zumba instructor for WSU and loves connecting with others through fitness. Post graduation, Zoe wants to work with the Special Olympics or in a teaching position. Her goal this year as DPPE is to educate her sisters on topics that will change their lives for the better.

DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL EVENTS - NINA BENTANCOURT

Nina is a Junior at Washington State University studying public relations and hoping to minor in sports communication. She grew up in Seattle, Washington and hopes to continue living there. Post graduation she hopes to spend one year living in Maui, and then come home to Seattle to find a job in the sports industry. Hopefully with the Seahawks! My goal this year is to get more involved with my chapter, this position on the executive board will really help me out with that and I am looking forward to what this year holds!
